21st Century Hearing
Hearbase, Kent’s largest independent hearing company, has acquired 21st Century Hearing following the retirement of founder Roger Rouse.
Hearbase has locations across Kent, offering a wide range of services in addition to hearing aids, including earwax removal, tinnitus support and diagnostic hearing assessments.
Roger said: “21st Century Hearing, as part of Hearbase, will continue to look after you and I am pleased that I am able to pass my business on to Mark Scutchings and his company Hearbase.
“I can promise that you will all be in safe hands. Mark has over 35 years’ experience in audiology and hearing aids. Mark or one of his team will be in touch with you over the coming weeks to see if there is anything that you need.”
High quality
Mark said: “Roger has worked hard over many years to give his customers a high quality, personal service. Hearbase will continue that tradition while offering an expanded range of services such as tinnitus advice, earcare and wax removal.
“We will continue to offer home visits to all existing 21st Century Hearing customers. You will also have the option of visiting one of our fixed locations such as KIMS Hospital in Maidstone and One Ashford Hospital.
Greater choice
“We are also developing plans to open a new consulting room in the Medway area to give even greater choice to new and existing customers.”
