A Friendly Welcome At Our Bromley Branch – Hearbase

A Friendly Welcome At Our Bromley Branch

Hearbase Bromley

Tracey Coyne is the friendly face which greets existing and new patients at our Bromley branch.

Here she tells us about herself and her role as part of our private care team.

Hi, my name is Tracey and I have been at Hearbase Bromley for almost two years. I am at the frontline of our private hearing services, greeting new and existing patients, booking appointments with our audiologists and helping our clinics to run smoothly.

Our Bromley branch has been open throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, offering essential emergency appointments for key workers and patients needing support during lockdown. Since we re-opened fully from June 1 it has been a very busy few weeks as we tackle a backlog of appointments and get back into the swing of things to provide our patients with the help they need.

Every member of the Hearbase team puts our patients first. Whether you call us or email us, our priority is to help, however we can. I enjoy meeting and talking to all our patients, finding out about their lives and listening to their stories. It’s a key part of our approach and something I take great pleasure in. It’s always a friendly atmosphere at Hearbase and we like to make our patients feel welcome. Even with new guidelines and social distancing in place, a smile and warm greeting will always brighten someone’s day.

About Me

I have always been an active person and before lockdown I enjoyed watching my son and his football team play matches on a Sunday, shopping with my daughter and having nights out with family and friends. I often have weekends away with my family at our chalet and love holidays in the sun (which I hope to continue as soon as government guidelines allow). It’s great spending quality time with my family.

I love reading, when I have time, eating out and going to the theatre (again, I hope to pick that back up soon too). I really enjoy my role at Hearbase and it is a great company to work for.

If you are concerned about your hearing, or that of a friend or relative, then call us on 0800 028 6179 or email admin@hearbase.com wherever you are in Kent and South London.

Our clinics are open and ready to support you. We also offer video and telephone support to those who are shielding. And who knows, I may be the one who answers the phone and gets to help you.
