Emma Small has just joined us in our Bexleyheath branch where she will work as a receptionist two days a week and as a patient care co-ordinator for three days a week.

Emma, who is 24 and lives in London, has a health/medical background as she previously worked as a receptionist for six years for a dentist and a vet.

Her hobbies include reading, spending time with her pets and going to concerts.

She said: “My new role and this sector are completely new to me but I’m excited to learn all about ear health.”
