I’ve been with Hearbase for several years, both as an NHS and private patient, and the service has always been exemplary. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy throughout my consultations. My audiologist, Ana, suggested that a trial period with new hearing aids may help me receive a better hearing experience than I was receiving with my present aids. Ana couldn’t do enough to ensure that I understood how I could receive the best results possible. I was invited back for adjustments several times and Ana even came to my house to help set up a TV streamer and show me how to achieve the best sound in my home environment.

Professional
I’ve previously had my ears syringed and found the newer method of sucking out the wax far more comfortable. The audiologist in Bromley (East Street) who carried it out was practical, efficient and professional and I can hear again.
If there’s a next time I’ll ask if I can see the screen too, my wife, who sat in with me, thought my ears looked great.

Truly special
I attended for ear wax removal. The technician was truly special in her approach. She explained the procedure, answered my questions and made me feel at ease. She persevered when a difficulty was encountered and succeeded. Everything was as I would have hoped and my hearing is now returned to normal.
