The charity Hi Kent has set up new services to help people in the county who are deaf or hard of hearing.
If you have a hearing loss or have been affected in any way by hearing loss and you need to speak about it to someone confidentially, then you can speak to Hi Kent’s British Association For Counselling And Psychotherapy trained counsellor.
Sessions are held either online, on the telephone or, sometimes, face-to-face and the first six sessions are free of charge. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 01622 691151.
Technology Support For People With Hearing Loss
Do you need help with the technology in your life? Phones, tablets, computers etc? Hi Kent is now offering an advice service to help you use these so that you can easily access appointments for doctors, vaccinations etc and online shopping. Email email@example.com or ring 01622 691151.
