Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily clinics in different locations 
  • To manage own clinical caseload without supervision where appropriate and associated administrative duties 
  • Ensure that professional and clinical standards are maintained  
  • Work with company’s GP liaison, practice managers and GPs to build strong relationships and increase referrals.

Key skills

  • Inter-personal skills 
  • Confident with good patient care skills 
  • Motivated team player with a desire to learn 
  • Good organisational skills and IT literacy preferable, but training will be provided 
  • Flexibility and occasionally able to offer clinics outside normal hours 
  • English proficiency  

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 Years of experience preferable 
  • Health Care Assistant (NHS qualifications) 
  • Qualified State Registered Nurse (minimum – band 5) 

Practical Requirements

  • Driving licence + Car preferable  
  • Distance to work: 40 miles 
  • Right to work in the UK

 2. North Kent Branch Manager

Overall objectives of role:  

  • Reception team management 
  • Patient contact and booking/confirmation of appointments 
  • Marketing support for campaigns and displays 
  • Upstream reporting of performance  
  • Remote site support (e.g. Kims Medical Centre Sevenoaks) 
  • Stock control and logistics 

Administrative responsibilities: 

  • Provide a 1st class patient service by patient care team 
  • Make sure the branch is adequately stocked 
  • Support the clinician with administrative help where required 
  • Overseeing postage where necessary 
  • Responsible for branch patient data in CRM system 
  • Oversite of Sage entries for branch locations 

Operational responsibilities: 

  • Build and update branch operations manuals  
  • Ensure the branch location is visibly clean and set up to a high standard 
  • Stock control and liaison with head office for ordering/deliveries 

Management responsibilities: 

  • Keep the branch open and staffed during prescribed opening hours  
  • Develop and maintain staff training to a high standard 
  • Dealing with localised HR issues 
  • Planning and sanctioning holiday requests 
  • Monitoring absence levels 

Compliance responsibilities:  

  • Adhere to GDPR and data security regulations. 
  • Work to maintain IQIPS accreditation and adherence to clinical and operational standards.  

Budgetary responsibility: 

  • Branch budgets and expenses (company credit card provided)
