Our Bromley branch is conveniently located in the town centre at 4 East Street, formerly Bromley Hearing Care Centre. It is close to The Glades shopping centre and Sainsbury’s. There is step-free access and the consulting room is on the ground-floor. There is on-street pay and display parking nearby.
Our Bromley branch is a fully-equipped hearing centre, with state of the art technology and testing equipment. We also offer expert ear wax removal clinics using water irrigation, microsuction and Tympahealth cutting-edge technology.

Ear Wax Removal Clinic Bromley
Hearbase provides a professional ear wax removal clinic on regular Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Our highly trained ear care technicians use microsuction and water irrigation, as well as manual tools, to remove the build-up of ear wax quickly and safely. The appointment is usually 30 minutes and our technician can also check your general ear health and refer you to our expert audiologists for onward support, including a comprehensive hearing test.

Ana Rodrigues
Senior Audiologist
Ana joined Hearbase in October 2019. She has worked in the hearing industry since 2001 and brings a wealth of experience to the role of Audiologist at Hearbase.
Since joining Hearbase Ana has qualified to offer ear care, further adding to her existing qualifications in speech therapy and audiology gained at the Univali University in Brazil.
Ana specialises in the complete range of premium hearing aids, fitting, triage and has a real love for the industry.
She says: “Patient satisfaction is the most important thing to me. It is so rewarding to have a patient come to me with a problem and knowing I can resolve the issues with their ears and hearing. It is very rare that a patient leaves unsatisfied and I will always work with my patients for as long as they need to get the fit right”.
Damien Emsley
Ear Care Practitioner
Before joining us Damien was a senior phlebotomist/health care assistant.
“I have been a HCA for more than 13 years now and helping people is something I am very passionate about,” he said. “I am also a personal trainer which I just do on weekends with family and friends when I have the time.
“I love to go to the cinema to see the latest films, love to read, love being in the gym and I also have a soft spot for rescue animals as I have a rescue cat and pony..”
