Sally, a senior hearing aid audiologist, has been employed by Hearbase since 1999 during this time Sally has worked with both NHS and private patients.
Sally says the part of her work which she most enjoys is helping patients to hear better and get good value for money. “Technology constantly changes and this means I am able to constantly learn and improve the service I can offer to my patients,” she says.
“Each day brings a new set of challenges, whether it is a patient struggling to get used to hearing again or someone who did not realise that they were deaf. My role in helping these people gives me great satisfaction.”
