We have now opened the doors at our new Broadstairs branch, offering our private hearing aid service, wax removal and NHS hearing aid support.
And we have just appointed Jacqueline Wilkinson, a new, full-time administrator/technical assistant, to work alongside our audiologist Sharon Harris and our ear care practitioner Rachel Harrison. Once Jaqueline has completed her training, we will be open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, but for the next couple of weeks, we will be closed on Fridays.
We hope you like the new setup, which provides a convenient alternative to our service at the Spencer Private Hospital. The building, which was built in the early part of the 20th century, was formerly used as an estate agent and before that as a hair restoration clinic, so it has had a wide variety of uses over the years.
It is a ground- floor location and easily accessible. However, wheelchair users will find it easier to use our hospital-based service.
